Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund. The customer only pays return shipping fees. If you have questions about our return procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Cancelled Orders & Returns

To return your purchase to Minterr, call 0161 818 4503 to speak with Customer Service Executive. You will receive a Return Authorisation Code as well as detailed instructions for returning your order.

 

Important considerations:

 

Return all the original packaging.

You may be liable for the replacement cost of the packaging and collateral material.

 

Address your package

You will receive the address of a special destination for returns.

 

Call before returning items

Any unauthorised, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Minterr return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.
